A Notion template is a pre-built page or workspace you can duplicate into your own Notion account. Think of it as a ready-made system — the structure, databases, views, and logic are already set up. You just add your own content.

How it works

When you purchase a template from Notion Rhino, you get a link to a shared Notion page. From there, it’s one click to duplicate it into your workspace.
1

Get the template link

After purchase, you’ll receive a link to the template page in Notion.
2

Click Duplicate

Open the link and click the Duplicate button in the top-right corner of the page.
3

Choose your workspace

Select the Notion workspace you want to add the template to.
4

Start using it

The template is now yours. Customize it however you like — rename things, adjust views, add your data.

Installing a template

Follow the full step-by-step installation guide.

What comes with a Notion Rhino template?

Every template we ship includes:
  • Pre-configured databases — tables, boards, calendars, and timelines are already built and linked
  • Multiple views — see your data the way that works best for you
  • Documentation — each template comes with a guide explaining how it works and how to get the most out of it
Duplicating a template creates a completely independent copy in your workspace. Changes you make don’t affect the original, and changes we make to the template don’t affect your copy.
